RETURNS POLICY
Return/changed mind- We will gladly refund your money (minus shipping costs) if you return the product within 30 days. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a credit to your charge card. Damaged product - If your box appears damaged please inspect as soon as possible. If the product has been damaged in shipping, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 (pick ups). After UPS picks up the damaged product, please let us know via email, Rodge@RodeoMart.com
Defective / wrong product shipped – Here at RodeoMart.com, we inspect every piece prior to shipping. Unfortunately, even the best quality audit programs let a piece slip occasionally.
